Brief Description of the RTC Underground Communication Conduit Project:

In August 2002, the Fort Berthold Development Corporation was awarded the above contract, which was completed in December 2002. The project involved design & installation of underground conduits for future cabling work. FBDC was under contract for a feasibility study for the best location and route to install conduits for a 6 mile run. Upon completion of the study, FBDC performed the work to install the conduits and bypass areas as not to disturb the operations of the facility. FBDC performed underground boring to limit the disruption to a minimum. FBDC completed the project with minimum disturbance to the facility while saving costs to the owner by determining the most economical route for the conduits.
